Kelsey Bahr is a passionate  Doctor of Physical Therapy with a heart for helping seniors age gracefully and confidently. With years of experience in functional movement, she's here to support you every step of the way.

Why I Do It
As someone who works closely with seniors every day, I see firsthand how a single fall can change everything - independence, confidence, and even quality of life.
I’ve seen how overwhelming it can be to deal with the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes that come with aging. I watched men and women close to me—strong, capable ones begin to lose their confidence simply because they didn’t have the right support or tools to adapt. That’s why I created this course.
